My 2021 goal:
2020 showed me that I can easily fall down the rabbit hole that is a 12+ workday. With that said, my 2021 goal is to find the balance between the new “work from home” life, personal time, and my home/family life.
What I am leaving behind in 2020:
The mindset that every work email, text or call needs an IMMEDIATE response.
What I learned from 2020:
That mental health is just as important as your physical health. I look forward to making sure I have a good mental health in 2021.
My go-to wellness routine:
Consume more water than coffee and try to get 2-3 healthy activities in a week.
Daily products I use:
Daily I take @Xendurance Immune Boost, Omega + D3, and Joint-4 for my old body. My @Hyperice Hypervolt for my tight IT bands and Hypersphere for my tight glute/hamstring connectors.
My go-to use case for PowerDot:
I use my PowerDot with the Long Haul Flight program on my calves and low back, while sitting at my desk for 4-6 hours. I also will use the Smart Pain Relief for my 2-3 times a week for my low back pain.
