What I learned from 2020:
That TEAM is one of the most valuable four letter words that can lead to success.
My go-to wellness routine:
Functional fitness about 5-6 times a week. And sports with my family as much as possible.
Daily products I use:
I use my PowerDot daily (Basic recovery, muscle activation and for mindfulness (DotHACK see below). I also use percussion devices as well as foam roller and bands for stretching.
My go-to use case for PowerDot:
I put it on before I go to sleep and put on some calming music or mindfulness tracks (Pick your poison BrainFM, Headspace, Primedmind). It really drives the mind/body connection and calms my monkey mind…… We don’t discuss this use much, but, it is truly a game changer for me.
