My 2021 goal: 

Keep working out my core and legs to get back to skating daily so I don’t have to work out my core and legs anymore. So I can skate with my Daughter.

What I am leaving behind in 2020: 

A blown out lower back that gave me a new perspective on getting old sometime mid quarantine.

What I learned from 2020: 

You can blow your back out putting a shoe on standing up if you let your core go to shit, ironically while getting ready to go work your core out in your new home gym. Soda makes me fat. Navigating a global pandemic with a Panic Disorder is exhausting.

My go-to wellness routine: 

Really if I can just go skating that is my therapy… mental health has become paramount after I lost my Dad years back that put a can of gasoline on my panic disorder. Getting back in the water would be rad as well, surfing used to zen me out the right way even if I just floated around for a couple hours.

Daily products I use: 

PowerDot… derp. Really though with my profession I get this knot in my back that gets really bad and the first time I used the device on it my back felt 10 years younger. Other than that I’ve been taking this Nitric Oxide tablet from Human called NEO40 on the daily for circulation and this pill for anxiety from BeSerene.

My go-to use case for PowerDot: 

Like I said above, knots in my mid back get crazy. I also carry a lot of stress in my lower back and shoulders that the Dots do wonders on. It makes me super happy that I can put work in on a company that sells a product I actually use, not blowing smoke to make my boss happy right here.
