That everything can be “on fire” but I can be A-OK no matter what.

-Omega 3s, Zinc, Vitamin K2-D3
Functional strength training
High-intensity interval training
Olympic weight lifting
Osteo articular movement
Segmental muscular reinforcement
Get 6-8hrs nightly.
Daily products I use:
Omega 3 fish oil, Zinc, K2-D3, Bovine collagen protein, coffee.
My go-to use case for PowerDot:
I spent my holiday in Colorado skiing for two weeks. Prior to this trip, I had not been on a ski trip for 13 years! I used the PDMT after my most intense ski days. This allowed me to avoid unnecessary soreness for the entire trip. As an aggressive downhill skier, I woke up with fresh legs every day to ski with confidence during my holiday.
