My 2021 goal:
I would really like to get back to working out 4-5 days per week for at least an hour a day. That means more time spent outdoors running, cycling, and working on some body weight movements. This is a major change from the 4-5 days per week of CrossFit I have done over the past 10 years.
What I am leaving behind in 2020:
I am leaving all of the excuses behind. New scenery and little accountability in 2020 made it easy to take the easy road when it came to workouts. That can all stay in 2020.
What I learned from 2020:
There is a silver lining to everything. I learned more than anything the lack of time I spent with family. Now I spend almost ALL of my time with my son and absolutely love it. This is something I am not giving up.
My go-to wellness routine:
Lunch has always been my time for fitness. At the office I would take lunch to head to the gym, but now it’s heading out for a run or bike ride. It helps me break up my day a bit and clear my mind. I love it.

My go-to use case for PowerDot:
Outside of rehabbing from injuries, my most common use case is to relieve tension in my shoulders. I carry a lot of stress/tension in my traps, and I find it extremely relaxing to run a massage setting 30-ish minutes before bed. I’ve found I sleep better and wake up feeling great.
